Responsibilities:
- Lead the generation of accurate project quotations for tender submissions and assist with various quantity surveying tasks for the Business Development and Project departments.
- Provide expert advice on tender pricing strategies, monitor and document variation orders (VO), and ensure proper claiming procedures.
- Verify and control costs for suppliers, sub-contractors, and workers to stay within budget, while managing project claims and expenses.
- Develop and monitor pre/post-project budgets, progress claims, projected cash flow, and final accounts, ensuring timely issuance of certifications and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with contractual records for clients and suppliers to safeguard the company's interests, and handle sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating with external vendors.
- Perform other assigned tasks to contribute to the overall success of projects and the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
- Preferably 2-3 years of business development experience in a related industry.
- Fresh graduates interested in bespoke furniture and renovation are welcome to apply.
- Existing contacts with various stakeholders are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
